Tyrone Feile na nGael was held at the Pairc Eire Og, Carrickmore, on Saturday 6th May. Under 14 teams from Cappagh, Eoghan Ruadh and Omagh along with Hosts Eire Og attended the event. Following the completion of the Round Robin games. Eoghan Ruadh and Omagh qualified for the Grade 1 Final. Grade 2 Final was between Eire Og and Cappagh. Eoghan Ruadh won the grade 1 Final and Qualified for National Feile as Tyrone’s No 1 team. Omagh will also attend, as Number 2 team, by virtue of reaching Grade 1 Final. Eire Og will be Tyrone’s third representative after winning the Grade 2 Final. Thanks must be extended to all the teams, boys and Coaches, that took part on Saturday. Thanks also to the event referees, Stephen Mullen and Aidan Graham. Thanks also to hosts Eire Og who gave a very warm welcome to all those that attended. It is great to see a Hurling tournament like tis hosted by a hurling club on a first class surface for Hurling
