It is for coaches who are working with u10 and u 12’s age categories however there is no reason any club coach cannot attend. Lisa will be coaching the 10 Edendork camogs throughout the session and will be coaching skills through conditioned games making them easier/harder. There will also include warm-up ideas that coaches may not have used before.
Weather depending, it will run outdoors and Edendork hall will also be available if the weather is bad. The sessions will all be outdoor related in their content.
