Officer workshops will be held in Killyclogher for the following Officers.
Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, PRO and Development officers.
These workshops will examine issues that are relevant to the roles of the above officers.
A relevant county officer will
Give a brief outline of what is required in each role,
Advise how club officers can help the whole association work more smoothly within the county.
Chair discussions on
What officers have done within their own club to make things better.
Issues and problems that have arisen within clubs.
These workshops will be of great benefit not only to new officers but to more experienced officers.
It is an opportunity to discuss what worked in your club and how problems were overcome.
The only mistake an officer can make is not to be open to ideas from others in a similar position.
