If you are a donor, Club Tyrone (Cumann Thir Eoghain) collects your name, address, telephone number and email address for the purposes of processing donations and keeping accurate records of our regular donors. We also use this information in order to inform you of upcoming events and fund raising initiatives. We may display your name in a list of donors at Garvaghey.
We can accept donations without collecting personal information, but if you wish for us to claim gift aid on your donation, we require your name and postal address in order to reclaim from HMRC.
Any bank instructions that you give us are copied and stored in hard copy and held at our head office in Garvaghey. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address, where given, is also recorded electronically on a database held on our central server (subject to GAA security). Your bank details are not held electronically.
If you make donations by credit or debit card, we do not store your financial card data. It is recorded by WorldPay and processed appropriately by them.
Whether you are a donor or not, we NEVER share your information with anyone else.
You can request at any time that we remove your details from our database by emailing us to club.tyrone@gaa.ie or by writing to us at Club Tyrone, Tyrone GAA Centre, 230 Radergan Road, Garvaghey, Ballygawley, Co Tyrone BT70 2EH.
