Cookstown reach All Ireland Final

Comhghairdeas to Cookstown Fr Rocks who produced a fantastic comeback to defeat Charlestown 1-8 to 1-7 After Extra Time to reach their second All Ireland Intermediate Championship Final. After trailing by 1-5 to 0-3 at half time, a determined second half performance including a goal from Martin Murray took the game into extra time. A solitary extra time point from James McGahan was enough to give the Fr Rocks another opportunity to grace CrokePark.
They now travel to CrokePark for the All Ireland Final to meet Kerry representatives Finuge on Saturday 9th February (tbc).
