Creating Sustainable Club Coaching Structures / Youth Information Night

On Tuesday 8th Feb in Kelly’s Inn, The County Youth Committee and The Coaching & Development Committee are hosting a joint information night geared towards all Club Youth Officers and Coaching Officers.
The night will contain two parts. The first session will look at how Clubs can create a Sustainable Club Coaching Structure within their own Club. This session will be delivered by The Ulster Council’s Game Development Manager, Terence Mc Williams.
Part two of the evening will involve a follow up to the County Youth Forum. The Youth Fixtures Schedule will be distributed plus the Roles & Responsibilities of a Club Youth Officer will be explained. In conclusion the New Club Youth Development Plan will be outlined and the Go-Games U.12 review will be discussed.

It is very important that every Club in both Football and Hurling is represented, Club Secretaries are also encouraged to come along. The area of Youth Football , proper Administration and Coaching play such a vital role in all Club Activity, so play your part and ensure your Club is present on the night.
