The General / Open meeting of the Culture and Language Committee will be held in Kelly’s Inn, Garvaghey on Wednesday 5th September 2012 at 7.30 pm. All clubs are urged to attend this important meeting for the development of Culture and Language in the clubs of Tyrone. The meeting will discuss the year past and draw up plans for the forthcoming ‘Scór season’ and ways to encourage the promotion of the Irish language. This meeting will be followed by a further meeting in Wednesday 19th September, at a venue to be confirmed, which will be specific to the promotion of Scór in the County paying particular attention to helping clubs prepare for Scór competition. Additionally the Culture and Language Committee will launch a promotional DVD designed to help all clubs become involved in the promotion and development of Scór in their clubs.
