Derrylaughan Kevin Barrys will mark their 70th anniversary on Saturday 5th September when they host a cycle to mark the occasion.
The ‘Tour of the East’ will cover 70 miles, one mile for every year of the club’s existence, and will pass through much of east Tyrone.
The club will also offer a 40 mile option, a nod to the establishment of the camogie club which will celebrate it’s 40th anniversary next year.
The event is being run in conjunction with Marie Curie Cancer Care and will be proceeded on Friday, September 4th by a ‘Tour of the Bay’ 10k cycle for all the family.
Anyone wishing to take part in the cycle can register on the morning of the cycle at 7am. Entry £20. All welcome.
