Drumragh break World Record!
Truly A Great Game

Whilst county teams broke records in the championship last weekend Drumragh Sarsfields was breaking the world record for the most players participating in a continuous Gaelic football match.  The Tyrone Truck and Trailer Great Game event saw the Clanabogan outfit smashing the current record of 399 held by Whitehall St. Colmcilles in Dublin.  At 4.19pm the final whistle was blown by Tyrone referee Fabian McGlone and the final number stood at 447.  The club was helped by members, parents, past Tyrone greats, neighbouring clubs and others that travelled from within and outside Tyrone including a Gaelic 4 Mothers team from Saval from County Down.
The club’s event committee would like to thank its title sponsor Niall O’Donnell from Tyrone Truck and Trailer and its other supporting sponsors Cavanagh Kelly Chartered Accountants, Dimac Sports Grounds, Floors Direct, Scott & Ewing, MCE Services, P. Fahy & Co., BGI Furniture Fittings, Sallys of Omagh and Modern Tyres. A special word of thanks also goes theGAAstore.com, Lairdesign and CR Signs.
