Drumragh Sarsfields presented a cheque of £6,525 to The Michaela Foundation at Kellys Inn recently. The money was raised through bucket collections during the club’s Great Todds Leap Solo Run at the end of August.The Great Solo Run saw 150 Drumragh members solo a football, in relay, all the way from their home pitch in Clanabogan to Croke Park – a total of 115 miles and 36,000 solos over 30 hours.
Club members collected for The Michaela Foundation in the towns the solo run passed through and outside Croke Park before the Donegal Dublin All-Ireland semi-final.
