Féile Frankie: Ardboe O’Donovan Rossa minor 7-a-side tournament in memory of Frankie O’Neill
Cumann Uí Dhonnabháin Rosa Ard Bó will honour one of their own legends shortly by hosting a new annual 7-a-side boys minor tournament in memory of the late, great Frankie O’Neill who was affectionately known to everyone as “Wee Frankie”. Although small in stature, he was big in heart and spirit on and off the pitch as well as being a huge influence and leader and his love for the orange and blue remained with him for all of his life.
In recognition of Frankie’s life and contribution to Ard Bó GAA we invite your club to attend this tournament which is free to enter and the winning team will be presented by Frankie’s family with Corn Frankie Uí Néill. It will take place at Michael Coney Park, Ard Bó on Saturday 11th June at 3pm.
