Comhghairdeas to Sean Cavanagh who has secured a fifth GAA/GPA All Star award for his performances in the 2013 National Football League and Championship. Having previously won All Stars in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008, Sean rebounded from missing the 2012 Championship through injury to put in one of his biggest years in a Tyrone jersey and deservedly secure this award.
This now puts him as the clear number 2 on the Tyrone All Star Roll of Honour. Sean had been tied on 4 All-Stars with clubmate Philip Jordan since 2010 and this award leaves him one behind Tyrone’s record holder Peter Canavan on 6 awards!
