Closing dates for applications will be Friday 24th May at 5.00 pm. Late applications will not be accepted.
Awards will be made at a presentation at Garvaghey Centre on Friday 14th June at 7.30 pm. All recipients of cheques must be present at the presentation function.
Please Note that all applications must be signed by your Rúnaí Chlub / Club Secretary.
