A group from the Glasgow Gaels club visited Garvaghey today where our own Mark Conway took them on an informative guided tour of the home of Tyrone GAA. The Mary Quinn cup, claimed by the Tyrone ladies last weekend and the O’Hare cup (Ulster championship) was in attendance to and Paddy Hunter from the ladies backroom team outlined the season and the work being done towards integration within the Tyrone gaelic games family.
It was a memorable day for the young footballers from Glasgow, their coaches and family who attended. The children were also treated to a coaching session from Ryan Daly. Refreshments were served by Roisin and Anne Marie and Greg had the facilities in top order as always.
