Glenelly Rockin’ By The River Festival kicks off this Sunday 13th July 2014 in Plumbridge. The Festival is now in its tenth year and with a week full of events there is sure to be something for everyone.
Sunday 13th July – Vintage Rally with radio broadcast by Downtown Radio. Music from Leslie Matthews, Bernie & Patricia Maguire and Pam Campbell.
Monday 14th July – Sperrin Ramble- A Family Walk with choice of 4 or 6 mile route
Tuesday 15th July – Treasure Hunt & Kiddies Discos with DJ Chris
Wednesday 16th July – Bingo with £4000 in prizes to go on the night!
Thursday 17th July –
AM: Hugo Duncan Daytime Radio Broadcast with Michael English and other popular acts.
PM: Variety Concert- Headline act Crystal Swing with Off The Kuff band, Mick Flavin, Brendan Quinn, Patricia & Bernie Maguire, Mary Brines, Fintan Harvey, Compere Sean O’ Kane with disco by DJ Chris
Friday 18th July: Jimmy Buckley and disco
Saturday 19th July –
Chasin’ Hooley & Whistlin’ Donkeys. Disco by DJ Chris
