The Tyrone senior footballers have recently received a set of heart monitors and who better to test them out than the three Harte’s, Davy, Mickey and Peter.
Conleth Donnelly project manager of the Awards for Sport grants programme run through Sport NI is pictured presenting the monitors at a training session on Thursday night. Peter Harte commented “the monitor assists my continued development as it provides feedback on my training and whether I am training at the proper intensity”.
Tyrone County Board secured funding from the Awards for Sport programme to purchase a heart rate monitor system and this currently being used by the county senior team in preparation for the 2010 championship campaign.
