Is scéim tacaíochta de chuid Ghlór na nGael agus de chuid Chumann Lúthchleas Gael í Fondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha le haghaidh clubanna CLG ar mian leo an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn.

Dé Céadaoin 16ú Márta, tugadh aitheantas do thrí chlub as Tír Eoghain ag ócáid chéiliúrtha i mBaile Buadáin i mBaile Átha Cliath. Bhí ionadaithe ó Chumann Naomh Colmcille agus Éire Óg na Carraige Móire chomh maith le Droim Mór i láthair. Bronnadh Bonn Cré-umha ar Éire Óg agus an Droim Mór agus Bonn Airgid ar Naomh Colmcille mar aitheantas ar an obair leanúnach atá idir lámha acu chun an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn laistigh den chumann agus sa cheantar áitiúil.Labhrás Mac Cárthaigh, Uachtárán CLG a rinne an bronnadh ar son na Fondúireachta.The Joe McDonagh Awards Scheme is a support service provided by Glór na nGael and the Gaelic Athletic Association to GAA clubs wishing to further the use of the Irish Language in their community.On Wednesday 16th March, three clubs in Tyrone received recognition at a celebratory event in Ballyboden GAA in Dublin. Representatives from Carrickmore’s Cumann Naomh Colmcille and Cumann Éire Óg as well as Droim Mór were in attendance. Éire Óg and Droim Mór received the Bronze Medal while Cumann Naomh Colmcille received the Silver Medal in recognition of their continued efforts to promote the Irish language within the club and in the local community.Larry Mc Carthy, President of the GAA made the presentations on behalf of the Foundation.
