Clubs are invited to enter a new Pre-Season Challenge Blitz to prepare coaches and managers for the up and coming Minor Season. The format of the blitz with be based on increasing participation and development of all female players through short challenge games.

- 15 or 13 aside
- full rules
- 30 min games(no half time)
- rolling subs(via the co-ordinator)

There will be a limit of 10 teams per blitz. To enable the blitz to run at no cost to the clubs, teams are required to bring along a qualified referee to referee at least 2 short games. If your club cannot provide a referee a fee of £10 will be charged.Participating teams are required to notify Maggie Skelton, County Board Secretary, at least 3 days prior to the blitz. Team sheets and registration forms must be completed and submitted at 10.30am, these will be forwarded to County Board to ensure that all players are registered and covered by injury fund.
