On Monday 22nd, our Coaching and Games winter coaching workshop series kicked off with Owen Mooney of Dublin GAA presenting on Beragh Red Knights’ new sports hall was a fantastic setting for the session with over 60 coaches coming out to help improve and upskill for their respective winter training programmes and the 2023 year ahead.
