Power NI are back on board with Tyrone GAA in 2012 to sponsor the County Club Championship Competitions. The new deal was signed in Cookstown prior to the start of the first game in the Power NI Junior Football Championship Preliminary Round match between Brackaville and Drumragh.
Speaking at the launch of this year’s competition Tyrone County Chairman Ciaran McLaughlin said “We are very happy that Power NI has once again shown their support for our most prestigious club competitions. Power NI are also supporting our championship season ticket and we believe that it will offer our supporters and Power NI customers excellent savings in coming out to support the games. The new championship season ticket costs £55 but there is a £5 reduction off that cost if you are a Power NI customer”.
Power NI’s Marketing and Communications Executive Emma Gribben, present at the launch said: “We are delighted to sponsor the 2012 Power NI Tyrone Club Championships and just like the championships, we too are surrounded by history and heritage. In fact we’ve powered generations of homes, farms and businesses for over 80 years and supporting our communities is very important to us. Through the likes of this sponsorship, our sponsorship with rugby and the Power NI McKenna Cup with the Ulster GAA, we want to give something back to our customers who have supported us throughout the years.
We are always working on ways to help our customers save money and energy and we are delighted to announce the additional discount off the 2012 Power NI Tyrone Club Championship season ticket for Power NI customers”.
