Set on the undulating Omagh Golf Course, the July 8th event is the first major fund-raising drive in Beragh Red Knights and Breacach Handball Club’s ambitious plans to further develop its award winning facilities.
Home to some of the country’s best handballers, the club is set to embark on a new building programme to construct an additional handball alley and a three court sports hall at St Mary’s Park.
“These facilities are required to cater for the needs of our all conquering handballers and to provide indoor facilities for the youth of our club, particularly during the winter months,” explained club Chairman Hugh McNamee.
“As with any development significant funds will be required and to commence this fund-raising work the Club are hosting a four-ball Golf Classic at Omagh Golf Club”
