Gather for End of Season Presentation & Social Night
Friday 1st December the Tyrone Referees will come together for their end of Season Presentation and Social Night in The Mellon Country Inn, just outside Omagh.
The various awards to all those Referees who officiated at both Football and Hurling Finals will be presented.
Also attending the Social night are the Referee Advisors who carry out the many Assessments of Referees during the season.
It is hoped all Referees will also receive their Annual match fee expenses on the night.
Following the sit down meal there will be a Special Free Raffle for all those present with some fabulous Prizes on offer. The worthy Charity selected this year is the Alzheimer’s Society.
All referees will be contacted by a member of the Referees Committee to confirm attendance. The meal will be served at 8pm sharp so all those attending are asked to be present on time.
Speaking ahead of the Event the Tyrone Referee’s Administrator Eugene Mc Connell stated a lot of effort has gone into organizing the night and it is only right and proper that the Referees of the County are afforded the rightful recognition they deserve after a long arduous season. It’s a new venue for the presentation night but a popular venue and all are looking forward to the new surroundings.
