Ryan McMenamin has confirmed last night that he has decided to retire from inter county football. The Tyrone County Board on behalf of the clubs and members would like to pay tribute to his remarkable career in a Tyrone senior football jersey. He has been a wonderful servant to a Tyrone team which has been among the best ever teams produced by any county in Ireland. The fact that he din’t play any underage football at county level is testament to the fact that hard work pays off and it’s never too late to achieve what you set out to achieve. We wish him every success in the future.
