Following on from the successful conference in March we would like to encourage all clubs to send at max 3 representatives to one of the following SafeTALK for GAA Coaches.
Monday 13th May @ 7pm  Stewartsown Clubrooms
Tuesday 4th June @ 7pm Greencastle Clubrooms
Monday 10th June @ 7pm Garvaghy Centre
SafeTALK course is a 3 hour certified course which aims to raise awareness of suicide in local clubs and communities.
The course will allow participants to learn the four basic steps to recognise persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them with help. SafeTALK training prepares people to help by identifying when someone may have thoughts of suicide and direct them to further help.  The training is funded by the Public Health Agency and is facilitated by local trainers and is free of charge.
To register on any of the courses please contact Fiona Teague at fionatea@live.co.uk or on mobile number 07813935996
