COISTE CHONTAE THÍR EOGHAIN
COUNTY FINALS – SCÓR na nÓG 2014
All roads will lead to Galbally on Sunday 23rd November for the Tyrone final of Scór na nÓg. Seventeen clubs will compete to claim eight county titles on offer. The standard at this underage level is extremely high with a much greater cross section over all eight disciplines. Many of the clubs and competitors come from the traditional “Scór clubs” but now a number of new clubs or returning clubs are presenting with some new and excellent talent. The competing clubs having already achieved a great deal by getting from the preliminary rounds through the semi finals and now eventually to the County final. Competing clubs come from all parts of the county ranging from Strabane to Moy. There is a strong possibility that the winners on Sunday will go on to achieve Ulster success and even beyond at All Ireland level such is the standard in Tyrone.
Coiste Cultúir agus Teanga wish all competitors luck in the their finals and encourage everyone to come and enjoy a talent filled show which suits all the family.
The final starts at 3:00pm sharp and entrance price is only £6 while under 16s get free admission.

Winners from Sunday’s finals will go on to represent their clubs and Tyrone in the Ulster Semi Finals at Corcahan Community Centre, Co Monaghan on Saturday 13th December. This year’s Ulster Final will be held in Sean McDermott’s GAC, Threemilehouse, Co Monaghan on Saturday 17th January 2015 with the All Ireland Finals in City West Hotel in Dublin on 14th February 2015.
