Tyrone GAA Ticketing Arrangements for the 2020 LCC Club Championships
Due to the Covid-19 government restrictions, and the guidelines provided by the Ulster Council, all of Tyrone’s Adult Club championship matches will be All-Ticket games.
This allows 100% of tickets to be purchased away from grounds hosting the fixtures, and also allows for a controlled arrival of match-day supporters without the need for any cash handling at the stiles.
Ticketing Information
The maximum number of persons permitted to be in attendance at each game is 400; this figure includes all players, team management, match officials, ground stewards, media personnel, and competition organisers.
Based on this maximum figure of 400, each participating Club will be allocated 154 tickets; 29 of these tickets will be complimentary for the use of players and the team management; the additional 125 tickets will be priced at £6 each, for general admission.
In the event that the maximum attendance figure is increased from 400, your Club’s ticket allocation will also be increased.
You will be notified of the arrangements for the collection of, and payment for, your Club’s allocation of tickets when these have been finalised.
Please be advised that,
- All persons, including players and officials, entering the grounds must have a ticket.
- There will be no admission to any match venue without a ticket.
- There will be no sales of tickets at any venue on the day of a fixture.
- Club+ Season Ticket-holders must present their Season Ticket cards at the match venue.
- Due to the limited number of spectators, only ONE entrance will be available at all venues to facilitate controlled access.
Please note:
- Spectators must not attend games if they are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 and instead should phone their GP and follow public health advice.
- Individuals that are considered high risk or are in close contact with others who are considered high risk should not attend games.
- Spectators must not enter the field of play at any time including pre-match, at half-time and other intervals and after the final whistle or at end-of-match presentations.
- Spectators are advised to keep their own record of contacts at a match for potential tracing purposes.
- There is an onus on both the spectator and the organisers to ensure that all social distancing requirements are adhered to. This is currently 2 metres.
- In line with GAA protocols, supporters are strongly advised to wear face coverings at games. Patrons are also encouraged to bring their own hand sanitiser.
- Clubs are reminded that dressing rooms and indoor facilities remain closed.
- It is also recommended that dugouts should not be used. If being used they can only be done so in accordance with the 2 metres social distancing regulations.
In these unprecedented times, the protection of public health is a key priority for all of us and Tyrone GAA would ask that everyone adheres to all the relevant guidelines
