Tyrone GAA wish to extend their sincere sympathy to our County Secretary Dominic McCaughey on the sad passing of his mother, Moira, who went to her eternal rest today Sat 10th July. Our condolences and that of all Tyrone Gaels go out to the McCaughey Family at this difficult time.
Moira McCaughey (née O’Donnell), wife of the late Thomas who passed away just fourteen months ago. Moira was mother of our esteemed Rúnaí Dominic, Thomas, Noelle McNulty, Damian, Rt. Rev. Mgr. Shane, PP Carrickmacross, Cormac and the late Siobhán McQuaid ( R.I.P.)
Moira was an unassuming, modest lady who quietly devoted herself to her family. She was proud of our Christian Irish heritage and values and instilled these in her family. Moira was never one to seek the limelight, preferring to quietly and effectively go about her business, values she has passed on.
