Tyrone 0-13 Leitrim 1-9
Damien Casey emerged as the hero for Tyrone as he sent over the winning point from a free inside his own half with the last puck of the HL3B final at Markievicz Park.
The Red Hand captain certainly led by example with nine points, five from play, as his team overturned a 0-4 to 0-6 half-time deficit.
It was hard luck on Leitrim who would have been confident of getting their hands on the silverware after James Glancy goaled in the 36th minute.
The winners finished with 14 on the field after Mark Winters was issued with his marching orders towards the end of the contest.
