The Tyrone Ladies GFA wish to confirm, that after discussions with the senior football manager it has been agreed by mutual consent, that the management team step down with immediate affect. The County board wish Mickey Rea and his management team all the best for the future. The players are continuing to prepare for their forthcoming Ulster senior football championship semi-final clash against Armagh and every effort will be made to prevent disruption to their preparations. Plans are in place to appoint an interim management team as soon as possible. The Tyrone Ladies GFA will not be making any further comment at this stage and trust the current squad are not detracted from their championship build up or the former manager pursued for comment.
