Tyrone Vocational Schools U14 Round up
In the U14 Tyrone Vocavional Schools football competition this week Holy Trinity College, Cookstown defeated St Joseph’s College, Coalisland on a score line of 4-10 to 2-06 while in the other half of the draw a strong St Ciarán’s College, Ballygawley defeated St Patrick’s College Dungannon on a score line of 4-19 to 0-4.
This leaves the mouth-watering tie in the next round between Holy Trinity and St Ciarán’s, however, with the qualifying element to the competition this year defeat for either side will mean another bite at the cherry in round three of the competition.
Old adversaries Sacred Heart College and the Dean will also meet while the derby theme continues with St Patrick’s Dungannon playing St Joseph’s Coalisland and finally St Eugene’s Castlederg playing St John’s Dromore in a tie fixed for Pairc Mhic an Gheairr, Drumquin next Thursday at 11.30am.
