Malachy O’Rourke has named his team for this weekend’s All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-final against Kerry.
Niall Morgan will once again anchor the defence from the number one jersey, flanked by a familiar full-back line of Cormac Quinn, Padraig Hampsey, and Niall Devlin, all of whom have been key to Tyrone’s progression through the summer. The half-back line sees Peter Teague rewarded for his consistency alongside Rory Brennan and 2021 Footballer of the Year Kieran McGeary.
In midfield, the powerful pairing of Brian Kennedy and Conn Kilpatrick continue their strong partnership, offering a mix of physicality, aerial strength and work rate.
Up front, Seanie O’Donnell retains his place after a string of impressive performances, joined by veteran playmaker Peter Harte and the versatile Ciarán Daly across the half-forward line. The inside trio of Darren McCurry, Mattie Donnelly, and Darragh Canavan brings scoring threat, sharp movement, and big-game experience — a forward unit capable of troubling any defence.
The matchday panel also includes a wealth of talent and depth, with players such as Conor Meyler, Eoin McElholm, Michael McKernan, and Ruairí Canavan offering proven impact off the bench.
