“Keep The Date” Saturday 23rd April and the “Walk For Life” Charity Fundraiser takes place with the final 10 miles stretch of the 100 Miles Charity Sponsored Walk from Dublin to Dungannon taking place. The last section of the walk will conclude at the Donnelly Group Showroom outside Dungannon.
The Donnelly Group Chairperson Terence Donnelly was the inspiration behind the massive Challenge to raise Funds for the Building of a School in Korogocho Slum area In Kenya and also to assist with the Awareness and Education to help improve the quality of life with people with diabetis.
The “Walk for Life” aims to seek to fund a project which aims to help to transform the care for young people with Type 1 Diabetis while not forgetting those who develop Type 2 Diabetis.
The Funding raised will contribute to supporting research into Diabetis programme being run by Queens University in Belfast
