Tyrone Book Final Spot

Tyrone booked their place in the Ulster senior football final on Saturday with a 0-14 to 0-10 win at Casement Park.
Mickey Hartes side reaching their sixth Ulster Championship final in 10 years. Harte’s experienced side trailed eight points to four and Pascal McConnell pulled off the first of two crucial saves before Tyrone then reeled off six points without reply to lead by two at half-time. Glourious scores there from Sean Cavanagh and Joe McMahon
Down went 47 minutes without a score from play and were denied a goal when McConnell saved from Dan Hughes. A brilliant one handed stop.
Stephen O Neill went off injured on twelve minutes but Brian McGuigan rolled back the years with a stunning performance, his manager Mickey Harte told Paddy Hunter that the Target of reaching the final was good to find……..
