Tyrone GAA recently marked the contribution and support of all the key stakeholders involved in the delivery of the new floodlights at O’Neill Park, Dungannon.
The floodlighting project is the latest phase in Dungannon Clarkes’ ongoing spectacular regeneration of this historic GAA venue.
O’Neill Park is now firmly back on the map as a major, strategic GAA venue in one of Tyrone’s major urban centres.
Tyrone GAA led the floodlighting project, but also gratefully acknowledge the very significant financial support provided by Mid Ulster Council, Ulster GAA and Central GAA. With The Clarkes also at the heart of things, this was truly partnership-working in action.
The Thomas Clarkes Club have created a powerful development momentum at O’Neill Park, one that they intend to keep moving: “An chuid is fearr le teacht go fóill | The best is yet to come.”
